Spring is definitely in the air, and so we thought we’d feature one of our cheeriest Makers, Clare Nicolson! Clare will be bringing her textiles, prints, and stationery to our London Fair on April 11+12 at the Old Truman Brewery. Want to spruce up your home? Now’s your chance!

Clare Nicolson ONE

The Clare Nicolson began her line of work in 2004 and has been creating textiles, home accessories and stationery ever since. Clare’s designs are heavily influenced by vintage textiles and beautiful patterned paper and ephemera.

Clare is a collector of all things vintage. Her home is filled with ceramics, tea sets, linen, and bric-a-brac which all inspire her work. Clare’s textiles combine digital printing with vintage fabrics to create extra special products which are all printed and manufactured in the UK. Clare Nicolson FOUR

Clare starts out creating her prints by making collages, both with paper, cards and digitally cutting and pasting. Channeling in her love for color, Clare mixes her impeccable palette with unique shapes and patterns.

Recently, Clare has been drawn to the plants that surround her, and she’s decided to put them in her work. We’re so excited that Clare will be launching her brand new plant-themed prints at our very own Renegade Craft Fair!
